All taxpayers are required to file an annual return.  Annual returns are mandatory even if all tax was remitted and you do not owe a balance.  If you have not done so, you may receive a "Failure to File" notice.  Please note this requirement is a result of Act 32.  You can find additional information concerning Act 32 at the dced website http://dced.pa.gov/
