You may be receiving in the mail, during the last week of December, an application concerning property tax relief.  The information on the form was provided by the Washington County Tax Assessment Office.  Instructions are included.  If your property qualifies for the exemption, it is not automatic.  You must complete and submit the form to the County.  Attached are the instructions.
